8oz Hot Drink: Add 1 scoop of Naturals into 8oz of hot or steamed 2% milk. Stir until dissolved.
16oz Blended Drink: Add 6oz of 2% milk to blended with 2 scoops of Naturals. Add 16oz of ice and blend until smooth.
16oz Iced Drink: Add 2 scoops of Naturals into 8oz of hot or steamed milk. Stir until dissolved and pour over 16oz cup of ice.
