Hot Chocolate Recipe
8oz serving - Mix one scoop cocoa with 6oz hot water.
12oz serving - Mix 1 1/2 scoop with 10oz hot water.
Angela's favorite variation: Top with marshmallows and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Mocha - Barista Recipe
12oz serving - Mix 1 scoop cocoa with 10oz of steamed milk and 1 to 2 shots of espresso.
16oz serving - Mix 1 1/2 scoops of cocoa with 10oz steamed milk and 2 shots of espresso.

Iced Mocha
12oz serving - Mix 6oz of steam milk, 1 scoop of cocoa mix and 1 to 2 shots of espresso. Stir and pour over 12oz cup of ice.
16oz serving - Mix 6oz steamed milk, 1 1/2 scoops cocoa mix and 2 shots of espresso. Stir and pour over 16oz cup of ice.

Top all drinks with whipped cream and enjoy!!
