*Add 5oz Apple Juice and 12oz Ice

*Add 1/2 Cantaloupe or Honeydew melon
*Add 6oz Lemonade Condentrate and 1 Tblspn Honey
*Add 12oz of Ice and Blend until smooth

50/50 Bar Smoothie!
*Put 1 1/2 scoops Big Train Smoothie Mix into blender
*Add 5oz of Orange Juice and 12oz of Ice
*Blend until smooth, Relax and ENJOY!!

The Ultimate Strawberry Banana Smoothie!
*Put 1 1/2 Scoops Big Train Smoothie Mix into blender
*Add 5oz Cranberry or Apple Juice
*Add 2 Strawberries and 1/2 Banana
*Add 12oz of Ice and Blend until smooth
