RECIPE IDEAS Chipotle Caramel Wings INGREDIENTS 3 pounds of chicken wings or drumettes 1 - 7 oz can of chipotle in adobo sauce 1 - 6 oz package of Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix 1 lemon, sliced 2 cups melted butter 1 - 10 oz jar of King's Cupboard Caramel Sauce DIRECTIONS Put chicken in a large plastic bag mix together the chipotle in adobo sauce, Good Seasons Italian dressing mix, lemon and melted butter. Pour over wings and let marinade in refrigerator for 1 hour or more. Remove chicken from marinade and add warmed King's Cupboard caramel sauce to the marinade to use for a glaze. Place wings on a cookie sheet and bake in a 425° oven for 15 minutes, lower the temperature to 375°, drain wings and baste with glaze and cook for 15 minutes. Bake for 30 more minutes, draining and basteing chicken every 15 minutes.
Cranberry Caramel Pie INGREDIENTS 1 (10oz) jar of King's Cupboard Caramel Sauce or King's Cupboard Spice Walnut Currant Caramel Sauce 1 package of fresh whole cranberries 1/2 Cup of chopped walnuts (omit if using Spice Walnut Currant Caramel Sauce) CRUST 1-1/3 Cup Flour 1/3 Cup Powdered Sugar 1/2 Cup Butter DIRECTIONS CRUST Mix flour and powdered sugar together. Cut in Butter until mixture resembles crumbs. Press on bottom and sides of a 9” pie plate and bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 350°. FILLING Heat jar of King's Cupboard Caramel Sauce in a microwave for 40 seconds. Mix melted caramel, cranberries and nuts together. Pour into the pie shell and bake at 375° for 20 minutes or so until cranberries pop open. Cover loosely and let cool. Filling will firm up as it cools.
